Encore is also assisting municipalities, utilities and private owners with other renewable energy development projects.  Many of these projects involve the redevelopment of environmentally challenged properties as host sites for renewable energy projects. Encore is utilizing our contacts, expertise and in-house project management systems to select adequate locations, devise redevelopment strategies, conduct feasibility studies, apply for permits, negotiate power purchase agreements, coordinate major asset procurement, secure project financing, oversee operations and maintenance activities, and provide construction management services.
