Services include management of environmental conditions, coordination of permitting activities, oversight of design professionals, generation of construction estimates and creation and management of detailed program schedules. Encore specializes in providing these services during the pre-construction phase of the project, but is also often involved in construction management activities through its many partnerships and affiliate organizations.
