Brownfields Redevelopment Project, Post Mills, Vermont – Encore Redevelopment was retained by the current owner of a mill site to coordinate the removal of the mill structure with the intent of redevelopment in the future.  This required diligent planning and strict adherence to historic preservation standards and environment regulations.  Encore worked with the owner to assemble a team to best address the site’s numerous complex issues.  To read more about this project, click here.

Brownfields Redevelopment Project, Williamstown, Massachusetts – Mr. Farrell provided project management services for the redevelopment of an environmentally contaminated site for reuse as an assisted living facility for the frail elderly.  Responsibilities included coordination and management of all aspects of pre-construction for the project including environmental assessment and remediation, demolition of existing structures, site and building design, permitting, scheduling and project estimating.

Brownfields Redevelopment Project, Burlington, Vermont – Encore Redevelopment is assisting a major local institution in the redevelopment of an environmentally challenged asset in downtown Burlington, Vermont.  Specific tasks have included coordination of all aspects of environmental due diligence, interpretation of findings for the owner and generation of estimates for cost and schedule associated with environmental liabilities at the site.
