Brownfields Redevelopment Project :: Williamstown, Massachusetts – Mr. Farrell provided project management services for the redevelopment of an environmentally contaminated site for reuse as an assisted living facility for the elderly. Responsibilities included coordination and management of all aspects of pre-construction for the project including environmental assessment and remediation, demolition of existing structures, site and building design, permitting, scheduling and project estimating.

Specific tasks have included coordination of all aspects of environmental due diligence, interpretation of findings for the owner and generation of estimates for cost and schedule associated with environmental liabilities at the site .
