Mr. Farrell has over 15 years professional experience in the fields of contaminated site assessment, environmental remediation, and real estate development. Since its inception, Encore has managed the redevelopment of environmentally challenged real estate and assisted other owners in managing environmental complications associated with real estate acquisition and development in the most cost effective and time-efficient manner possible.
